Fermentation

Vessels (FV) are where the cooled worts & yeast are combined so as the fermentation can take place.

They are flat bottomed, cylindrical & open topped with wooden lids.

We have six 10 barrel (36 gallons to a barrel) FVs in our brewery so that means we have the capacity to brew 2160 gallons per week.
