This is a picture of our paraflow Heat Exchanger. It cools the wort as it flows to the Fermentation Vessel. The water that cools the wort is used as liquor for the next brew saving on heat & water.

It can cool about 245 gallons of boiling wort down to 65 f in about two hours.
